Fix the planning issues that usually show up after data has already been imported correctly.

Categories feel messy

Usually the structure has become too deep or too flat. Simplify parent groups first, then revisit detailed sub-categories.

Rules keep catching the wrong transactions

Open Smart Rules in the Transactions workspace, then check rule specificity and priority. A broad rule that sits too high in the list can quietly override a more precise rule.

A goal is not moving as expected

Confirm whether it is an account goal, a category goal, or an achievement. Each depends on a different source of truth, so the fix is different.
