PDF statement imports are unavailable

PDF statement upload is currently unavailable. Use CSV import or a bank connection instead.

Current status

PDF statement upload is not available in the Data Management workspace. Old links to the PDF tab open the CSV import flow instead.

What to use instead

Use CSV import when your bank can export transactions as a spreadsheet-style file. CSV is the supported manual import path and includes mapping, duplicate review, and final confirmation before transactions are saved.

If you want ongoing transaction updates, connect a supported bank feed instead.

Future support

PDF parsing may return only after a deliberate product decision. Until then, the app keeps existing historical PDF import metadata but does not offer new PDF uploads.
